Summary
BlastIQ™ Insights Underground Loading Quantities by Blast dashboard allows users to analyse key metrics like rock volume, loading weight, and powder factor. This dashboard helps users understand loading quantities performance trends across multiple blasts within a specified time frame and other filters. This analysis helps identify patterns, make informed decisions, and optimise loading operations for increased efficiency and productivity.Navigation
To navigate to the Loading Quantities Dashboard:
- From the BlastIQ™ Insights toolbar, select Dashboards.
- Select Loading Quantities.
Filters
Blasts can be filtered using the following filters:
- Blast Name Search Filter:
- Type in the search box.
- Blasts shown are the ones containing the typed-in characters.
- Blast Status Filter:
- Select: All, Fired or Not Fired.
- Date Range filter:
- Select Created or Fired Date.
- From and To fields are not mandatory.
- If the date range filter is not used, the blasts shown are the latest created/fired for the site.
- Maximum number of blasts shown is based on the Display Filter.
- Elevation filter:
- Choose a minimum and a maximum elevation.
- Select Collar or Grade.
- If an elevation filter is not used, the blasts show any elevation range.
- Maximum number of blasts shown is based on the Display Filter.
- Tags filter:
- Click on the Tags icon.
- Select the desired tags from each category.
- Click Apply to apply the filter criteria.
- It will return the blasts containing the selected tags based on the following logic:
- OR for tags within the same category.
- AND for tags across categories.
- Click on Clear and then Apply to clear all tags filters.
- Click on the X on the top right to close the tags filter; any edits to the filter criteria will be lost if not previously applied.

- Clear All filters - clears any filters that have been applied.
- Display selection:
- Choose 30, 60, 90, 250, 500 blasts and Newest or Oldest blasts from the dropdown list.
- This dictates the limit of blasts that are shown from other filters criteria and whether these blasts are picked from oldest first or newest first.

The following information is shown on the Underground Loading Quantities Dashboard:

- Table View
- Summary.
- Compliance Cards/Plots.

Filter Bar
- Filtering by blasts using multiple criteria.
- For comprehensive details, please navigate to the Filters section.

Summary View
- Navigate to the view selector.
- Select "Summary View".
- Displays Loading Weight data.
- For comprehensive details, please check point 4 - Compliance cards and plots.

Table View
- Navigate to the view selector.
- Select "Table View".
- Table view will be visible and show relevant data.
- Use the search boxes to filter the data.
- Click on the column headers to sort.
- You can download by clicking the download button to initiate a CSV file download.

Summary View
- Summary
- Total Number of Blasts that have been fired or created.
- Total Number of Holes.

Compliance Cards and Plots

On the plots:
- Plot includes a line with markers and a trend line.
- Null compliance (where no holes have been evaluated) is represented in a separate data set, which won't affect the trend line.
- Zooming in or out on one plot, the same zoom level is applied to all three plots.
- Hovering over a specific plot provides relevant information.
- Blasts are sorted chronologically, with the oldest on the left and the newest on the right, using the corresponding date applied in the filters (fired or created).

On the cards:
- Loading Weight
- Provides an overview of the difference between the deck's loading design, adjusted loading design and actual loaded weight.
- Design: Total design bulk weight and packaged weight are displayed in units of tonnes (t) with one decimal point.
- Adjusted Design: Total adjusted design bulk weight and design packaged weight are displayed in units of tonnes (t) with one decimal point.

Calculation:
- Variance = ((Adjusted Design - Design) / Design) *100

- Actual: Total actual bulk weight + design packaged weight is displayed in tonnes (t) units with one decimal point.

- Variance = ((Actual - Adjusted Design) / Adjusted Design)*100

- Provides an overview of the difference between the deck's loading design, adjusted loading design and actual loaded weight.

On the plots:
Navigation to Single Blast Dashboard

- Click on any data point in the loading quantities dashboard plots to navigate to the desired metric dashboard for the selected blast.
- Upon clicking the data point, you will be automatically redirected to the corresponding single blast dashboard to access specific details and insights.
