This Knowledge Base Article describes the functionality of the BlastIQ™ Admin Portal, which allows sites using FRAGTrack™ to configure the installations' metrics of interest, thresholds, and notifications.

Summary

The NEW FRAGTrack™ web portal enables a consistent yet customisable visualisation of fragmentation results per installation.

Users using the web portal can visualise fragmentation results consistently thanks to the introduction of the metrics of interest and thresholds configurable through the BlastIQ™ Admin Portal.

Note: Only site admin users can access and modify these values for sites with a Fragtrack™ cloud license.

Configuration

In BlastIQ™ Admin portal:

  1. Select a site.

  2. Select FRAGTrack>Installations on the left side menu.
  3. Select an installation.

  4. See a list of passing percentage, passing size and mass (only for conveyor) metrics.
  5. Select Edit.

  6. Remove, add or modify existing metrics to the desired values.
  7. In the Notifications table, set or update the threshold for each event. Default thresholds are applied to events based on the installation type.  When an event is enabled, you will receive an ODS notification.  Read more here.
