How to reset the password for ODS Platform™ user account

NOTE: This artilce is not applicable on SSO users. SSO users should follow the process as per their IT procedures.

If you have forgotten your ODS Platform™ account password, use the following steps to access a self-service password reset and get back into your account.

1. Go to https://www.odsplatform.com/
2. Enter your email address and press the Continue button

      


3. Click on the "Don't remember your password?" link.
 


  
  4. Enter your email address and click on the "SEND EMAIL" button.

      ​



You will receive a password reset email. 

Please follow the instructions in it to set up your new password.

 

You should now be able to access your account.
