Team Viewer can be used by the BlastIQ Support Team to remote access users computers who are encountering issues with their software. Remote access is an efficient process when Knowledge-Based Articles are unable to overcome support problems.
To enable this function, the end user will need to install the Team Viewer application on their machine.

Once the program has been downloaded and installed, the user can provide their Team Viewer ID and Password to enable the support agent to access their computer.
