- SHOTPlus™ Variant:
- Surface
- Version:
- 6.4.0.0 and above
- KBA Summary:
- This article describes how SHOTPlus™ displays Intercepts recorded in BlastIQ™ Mobile and the associated behaviour.
BlastIQ™ Mobile
From version 1.9.63 of BlastIQ™ Mobile the 'Depth to First Intercept' for a hole could be recorded, as shown below.
SHOTPlus™
Once imported from BlastIQ™, this depth is represented in SHOTPlus™ as Intercept A, as shown below.
Information
All intercepts imported from BlastIQ™ are marked with an asterisk, like the example below.
Intercept Behaviour
Overwriting
Where existing Intercept A values, that are not from BlastIQ™ or interpolated (i.e. are inferred from a existing Strata surface) are present, SHOTPlus™ will prompt users if they would like to overwrite these values, as shown below.
The user can choose:
- Yes - This will import all data from BlastIQ™ and overwrite existing Intercept A values. Other intercept values will be maintained; or
- No - This will import all data from BlastIQ™ EXCEPT Intercept A values.
Where existing Intercept A values, that are from BlastIQ™ or are interpolated (i.e. are inferred from a existing Strata surface), are present SHOTPlus™ will automatically overwrite these values.
Surfaces
Where an existing 'Strata surface A' is present in the file, SHOTPlus™ will prompt the user if they would like to recalculate the existing surface based on the new Intercept A values, as shown below.
The user can choose:
- Yes - This will import Intercept A values from BlastIQ™, clear any previous Strata Surface A expansions and rebuild Strata Surface A from the Intercept A values present in the plan; or
- No - This will import Intercept A values from BlastIQ™ without altering the existing Strata Surface A.
