Dashboards
This new version of BlastIQTM Insights will help detect problems, monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement while managing the Drill & Blast operations, by providing visibility of the progress of the blast plans, execution of actual drill and blast processes versus the engineered design parameters and specified tolerances, and a means to centralize the Drill & Blast digital file storage.
Progress Dashboard
This dashboard has been built to allow users to control in near real-time the progress of the Drill and Blast process and objectively keep track of the tasks remaining to close a blast to help avoid any delays in planned blast schedules. To learn more, click here.
Single Blast QA/QC Dashboards
Featuring the following QA/QC dashboards, initially dedicated to a single blast view:
Single Blast Quantities Dashboard To learn more, click here.
3D Design View
View the blast from different angles rotating it by click and dragging on the map, this view displays the design parameters of the blast holes.
Saved Reports To learn more, click here.
The main objective of these reports is to enable quick access and sharing of the state of the blast at any point in time. The new Saved Reports is a section where the user can access a list of reports that contain all of the dashboard views; these reports are generated by the user at a specific point in time and accessible in this section. The .pdf version is downloadable, and the HTML version is fully interactive.
Blast Management To learn more, click here.
This feature provides easy access to manage blasts: enter or edit blast Fire Date, Tags, KPIs and Blast Notes, as well as Delete or Un-delete a blast.
File Storage To learn more, click here.
This feature provides a centralized place to upload, store and download Site and Blast files to assist in managing the Drill and Blast processes.
Languages
BlastIQ™ Insights is fully supported in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French (Canada) and Russian.
Reporting Tolerances To learn more, click here.
The Drilling and Loading QA/QC Dashboards use Tolerances to evaluate if a hole is within or exceeding the respective tolerance. Users have the ability to set up the desired Reporting Tolerances for their sites using the Admin Portal.
