BlastIQ™ Mobile Release 2022

BlastIQ Mobile

A new version will be offered to users in October  2022. A notification will appear in BlastIQ Mobile on start-up once the update is available. We hope this will enable customers to perform the update without assistance from the specialist.

  1. Drill Actuals Capture: Read More here.
    1. Angle and Bearing can be entered. 
    2. Redrill of now copies design length, diameter, angle, bearing and suggests collar elevation.
  2. Hole icons, backfill and Re-drill, are now display in grey color when triggered by drill data. Making it easier for the field crew to identify what holes need to be measured.

    Select a hole to view design details, capture drill data, hole state or notes

    Long press any blank space on the map to add a hole 

    • Bench added holes are marked as having an approximate location
    • Only bench added holes can be deleted
    • Redrill of is not available in this release

    Drill length is required at minimum
     

    • If drill diameter has been recorded, attempting to clear drill length will prompt to clear the recorded diameter as well

Tips

  • The drill map might appear blank on large plans due to scale.  Zoom in for orientation
  • GPS location is always on.  Clicking the azimuth indicator will centre the map on the users current location
  • Clicking a hole will select it and open the data panel.  Clicking again will de-select and close the panel

  4. Adjust Design Decks to Designed Horizons
    Designed decks will still align to the design horizon even if decks below have elongated or contracted.  This feature can be turned off via a site setting
