Version 6.19.6 of SHOTPlus™ Beta, first offered to users on Thursday 4th April 2024. A notification will appear on start-up in SHOTPlus™ once the update is available.

  Important

Update to SHOTPlus™ Support Policy

There has been an update to the support policy for SHOTPlus. Support will be provided for the current version, with a buffer of 60 days for the previous version to allow time to update.

  New

  1. BlastIQ™ users are now able to copy plan tags from existing plans to new ones within SHOTPlus™.1
  2. Users can now export points and polygons to a KMZ file.2
  3. When using EBS timing tools, users are now able to adjust the available intervals from arrows on the toolbar.

  Information

    1. For more information on how to copy tags please refer to this KBA
    2. Users must have a site transform defined in 'Edit' > 'Blast Properties' > 'Site coordinate system'.

  Improved

  1. Printing functionality has been further refined across view and analysis tools. 1
  2. Users can opt to display measurements through the stemming zone in the Row View tool. 2
  3. Grid display has been added to the Row View tool.
  4. EBS logger reports now only display loggers that are in use.
  5. When adding a staggered pattern the first row will be square. 3
  6. The advanced EBS tools no longer uses floating point numbers for calculations, instead now apply integers. 4

    2. A checkbox is now available in the Row View tool to enable or disable this functionality.
    3. The first row is defined as the row aligned with the baseline, not the row at the front of the blast.

  Fixed

  1. Inconsistencies with how loading tables were being applied in strata loading design have been fixed.
  2. Duplicate Simple Chinese translations were causing text import and export functions to fail.
  3. The Row View report was not displaying actual deviation data.
  4. Error message when exporting Type 2 loading rules has been fixed.
  5. "Row length of baseline" option was not refreshing the blast shape polygon.
  6. Blast exclusion tool was using the the design burden and not the actual burden.
  7. Error messages have now been rephrased and reformatted to clearly detail exporting errors surrounding Holes and Loading rules with incorrect products.
  8. Loading rules containing packaged explosives are no longer flagged after the holes are emptied.
