October 2025

Updates to the NEW FRAGTrack™ web portal released in October 2025 bring in new features, improvements and bug fixes. For further information, please contact BlastIQ™ Support at support.blastiq.com.

Update 23rd of October 2025

  Fixed

  1. In full screen mode for Oversize, the details displayed in the bottom-left corner show an incorrect value for the largest dimension.

  1. The details panel now expands to full width on screens smaller than 600px for better usability.

  1. The date/time and details panel were cut off in full-screen mode on mobile devices.

Update 16th of October 2025

  New

  1. FRAGTrack™ Notifications:  Users will now receive event-based notifications depending on their subscription settings.  These may include alerts for oversize detection, low sample GPS, low sample rate, and installation offline status.  For more information on notification types and subscription settings, see the Notification KBA.

  Improved

  1. Telemetry images can now be viewed in full screen, making it easier to inspect fine details. Read more here and navigate to the "Telemetry Image" section for full details.
  2. The details panel for the oversize has been improved by adding tab indentation, improving readability and alignment for structured data.

  1. Sample and oversize chart layer overlap.

Update 1st of October 2025

  New

  1. Daily aggregates of fragmentation data are now returned when analysing periods of longer than 31 days.  Aggregates are from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM in the site's time zone and provide a concise visualisation of large datasets. Read more here.
  2. A plot of oversize materials is now available in the fragmentation time series chart. A secondary y-axis is used to determine sample size. Select the oversize sample to reveal an image of the oversize material and its details.

  1. Date Picker: A redesigned date range picker with a more intuitive layout, making it easier to filter and select timeframes for fragmentation analysis.
