BlastIQ™ Insights

August 2025

Updates to BlastIQ™ Insights released in August 2025 bring in new features, improvements and bug fixes. For further information, please contact BlastIQ™ Support at support.blastiq.com.

Update 21st of August 2025

  Improved

  1. Hole Status Dashboard Updates:
    • New Icon Size
      • X-Small:  A new size option has been added, allowing for more compact visualisation.
      • Hide:  This option hides the hole icon from the map while keeping the Voronoi region visible.  Hovering over displays hole information.
        • Intended for cases where holes are positioned very close together and icons would otherwise overlap.
    • Default hole icon size is now medium (previously small) to improve visibility.

  Fixed

  1. The Temperature dashboard legend for multi-blasts displays incorrect count values.

Update 18th of August 2025

  Fixed

  1. In the Drilling by Hole - Multiblast view, when users selected a mode (Equipment, Average Penetration Rate, Design Diameter, Best Available Diameter, Date, Hole Type, and Material Type), the colour legend did not match the background colour of the map holes, making it difficult to interpret the visual data correctly.

  3. User can now modify the minimum and maximum range values for:
    • Powder Factor Dashboard.  Read more here.
    • Drilling by Hole -> Average Penetration Rate
  4. Refined Voronoi fill layer generation to improve spatial accuracy and alignment with underlying data.

  Fixed
