The Orica Digital Solutions (ODS) Platform is your gateway to the full suite of Orica Digital Solutions software applications – a unified ecosystem designed to drive smarter decisions, foster collaboration, and provide real-time operational insights across your value chain.

Who is ODS Platform for?

All ODS Users

All ODS can see the Apps they have access to, links to access them from a central page, other useful links and access to learn more about the Orica Digital Solution range of products.

Some Admin functions are moving from BlastIQ Admin to ODS Admin:

• Site Users
  • Roles 
  • Invitations
    Note: includes the desktop apps assignment

Whitelisting

1. Requirements:  

   It is crucial to update your allowed domains to include the new ODS Platform addresses. This will prevent any access issues once the transition is complete. Please update your whitelist to include the following domains:

   • Domain with Wildcard (if supported)
     • *.odsplatform.com (Wildcard entry, if supported)
   • Domains without Wildcard
     • www.odsplatform.com
     • id.odsplatform.com
     • api.odsplatform.com

2. Test Access: 

   We recommend that all site administrators verify their ability to access the new platform by logging in at the provided link. 

   • Please click here to test your login: https://www.odsplatform.com/
   • Log in using your existing BlastIQ™ credentials.
   • Confirm that you can access.

3. Report Issues: 

   If you are unable to access or log in to the ODS Platform Admin site, please submit a support ticket referencing this KBA.
