Background
The WebGen™ Battery Packs are fitted with one of the following Pro-Mariner universal battery chargers.
- Pro Sport 20, part number 43028 - (installed on Battery Packs produced pre-2021)
- Pro Sport HD 20, part number 44028 - (installed on Battery Packs produced post-2021)

The WebGen™ Battery Pack is approved for use with two battery types.
- Lead-acid AGM NorthStar Battery or equivalent
- BattleBorn LiFePO4 Lithium Battery (only use the approved BattleBorn Lithium battery)
What should you do?

- Lead-acid AGM NorthStar Battery or equivalent
- Blue-Cap (AGM High Performance)
- The approved BattleBorn Lithium Battery
- Black-Cap (Standard Flood)
Pro Sport HD 20, part number 44028 - (post-2021)
- Lead-acid AGM NorthStar Battery or equivalent
- Green LED (HP AGM)
- The approved BattleBorn Lithium Battery
- Blue LED (Standard Flooded Lead)
How to change the settings
Pro Sport 20, part number 43028 - (pre-2021)
This charger comes with three different caps, as shown in Figures 1 and 2. The Blue cap (AGM HP) is the cap required for Lead-acid AGM batteries, and the Black cap (FLOODED) is the approved cap for the BattleBorn Lithium battery. The different gauge depth of the cap changes the charger's setting.
Note: Before removing the cap, power OFF the battery pack by pressing the E-Stop on the Batter Pack.

You can find the cap on the bottom of the charger, where the cable comes out. As a standard flat head screwdriver will likely round the edges of the caps when screwing them out, it's recommended to use something a bit wider, like a small to medium-sized coin or a very large screwdriver. Figures 3 and 4 show the location of the cap.
Note: Any time you reprogram or change the cap, apply marine silicone grease (dielectric grease or the silicone grease used on the DRX-i-kon W connection) to the threads of the cap being installed.
