How to request access to BlastIQ


1. Fill out this form: BlastIQ User Request Form - Internal Use Only

- Form is only accessible to Orica employees.

- Confirm with site manager about user and access level before requesting access for a new user.

- Orica users requesting access for Customer Users must have commercial approval.

- Generic Accounts and Shared Accounts are not strictly not permitted for security reasons. Account requests such as or will be rejected and individual names will be requested.


2. The form submission will automatically open a support ticket. Support Team will then create the account. 

- Customer users will receive a welcome email with a link to set up their account.

- Orica users will be able to login with their standard Orica credentials.


3. Once the account is created, the requester will be notified and the support test will be closed.


Note: Sharing of BlastIQ accounts and passwords for use by someone other than the named user is a breach of the BlastIQ Terms of Service.
